Article 1 — Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for the supply, customisation, and delivery of ready-to-use modular structures placed with AutoChineLux Architecture SAS. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Orders

Orders are only definitively accepted after written confirmation from AutoChineLux and receipt of the required deposit. Indicated deadlines are approximate and do not constitute a firm contractual commitment.

Article 3 — Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in euros excluding taxes. A 30% deposit is required upon ordering. The remaining 70% is payable before delivery. Late payment incurs penalties at 3 times the legal interest rate.

Article 4 — Delivery and Installation

Delivery is made to the agreed address. The client undertakes to prepare the site in accordance with specifications provided by AutoChineLux. Transport costs are included in the quote unless otherwise stated.

Article 5 — Warranties

Our modular structures benefit from a ten-year warranty in accordance with applicable legislation. The completion warranty covers a period of one year from acceptance of works.

Article 6 — Liability

AutoChineLux's liability is limited to the order amount. AutoChineLux shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Article 7 — Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
